The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to articles 122 and 265-2 of the Code of Ukraine of Administrative Infringements (re adherence to the traffic rules and parking)

The bill (Reg. No. 2312) suggests to increase administrative responsibility of drivers for violation of stop rules in the area of intensive movement of pedestrians and give preference to cars driven by persons with sight disabilities, to ambulances, fire-engines, rescue services, militia, that drive with special light or sound buoy.    

Members of the Committee deem the adoption of the bill will prevent infringements in the sphere of traffic security, increase the level of legal culture of citizens.
