The bill (Reg. No. 2207) specifies the procedure of releasing information on state procurements, involving enterprises.
People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions shall establish proper legal conditions for ensuring transparent and open implementation of provisions of the Law “On State Procurement” by enterprises.
