The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to several laws of Ukraine re status and conditions of functioning of the Settlement centre on servicing contracts in financial markets”

The bill (Reg. No. 2662) aims at determining status and conditions of the Settlement center functioning.
Respective changes are to be implemented to the laws “On banks and banking” and “On Depositary System of Ukraine”.
