The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to “Final Provisions” of the Law “On the Regulation of Urban Development” (re postponing the ban on land allocation)

Members of the Committee considered three bill re amendments to current Law “On the regulation of Urban Development” under reg. no. 2363, 2363-1, 2363-2.

Members of the Committee supported the bill under reg. no. 2363-1. According to them, its adoption will enable local self-government bodies to finish the process of development of urban construction documentation, which is demanded by the Law “On the regulation of Urban Development”.
