The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the laws “On State Registration of Substantive Rights to Real Estate and their Burdenings” and “On State Land Cadastre” (re state registration of ownership on land, formed by dividing and combining)

The bill (Reg. No. 2193) aims at further improvement of legislative regulations of relations in the sphere of state registration of ownership on land. In particular, it is proposed to implement certification on real estate ownership to natural and legal persons in case of dividing or combining land.
