The legislative act presupposes creation of regulatory conditions for complex solving of problems of labour protection, increasing efficiency of preventive measures of industrial injuries and occupational diseases, realization of state policy in this area at all levels.
The aim of the Program is to provide active support to implementation of preventive measures at the working places, with the participation of the Parties of social dialogue.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1184.
