The Law was elaborated to envisage new direction in providing state guarantees in 2013 under obligations of the OJSC Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development and to release Ukravtodor from an obligation to provide property or any other enforceability of obligations under state guarantees, or to enter satisfaction for the provision of state guarantees. The decision was taken by the board of chief controllers of state budget.
The Law suggests amending clauses 1 and 3 of article 6 of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2476.
