The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to article 1 of the Law “On Pensions for Special Merits before Ukraine” re granting pension to parents having brought up five and more children”

The Law (Reg. No. 1244) aims at granting a pension for special merits before Ukraine to a father for raising five and more children up to the age of six, in case of death of a mother or if she was deprived of parental rights.

The respective bill was registered under No. 1244.
