The bill establishes administrative responsibility of officials-electronic platform operators for certain violations of the procedure of electronic reverse auction, specified by the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Procurement” re introduction of electronic reverse auction procedure”.
The document suggests amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
