The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts re establishing penalties in case of non payment or delay of wages, scholarships, pensions or other statutory payments

The bill suggests exemption from criminal responsibility for an act provided for the first and second parts of Article 175 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, if such person fully pays wages and penalties before criminal responsibilities.  

The respective bill was registered under No. 2547.
