The Law aims at settling the issue of including the fee for provision of administrative services to the revenues of the state budget general fund; bringing the provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine in line with legislative acts on state registration of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs; and settling the issue of raising funds for capital expenditures by chief controllers.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2177.
