The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs” (re reorganization of state institutions and simplification of dissolution of juridical persons)”

The bill (Reg. No. 2121-1) aims at improving the procedure of dissolution of juridical persons. In view of this, it is stipulated to: abolish the ban on holding state registration of amendments to the statutory documents of a legal person in regard to which the dissolution decision was taken; amend the records of the Single State Register of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs re the location of a legal person in regard to which the dissolution decision was taken, etc.  

Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions will “significantly simplify reorganization and dissolution of juridical persons and, thus, will improve business climate, promote attraction of domestic and foreign investments, and increase the international investment attraction ranking of Ukraine”.
