The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On Amendments to Several Laws of Ukraine regarding state support of entrepreneur activity of self-employed citizens in service sector”

The bill (Reg. No. 2191) proposes to amend current laws re definition of aim and directions of state policy in development of small and medium businesses in Ukraine, measures of state support to entrepreneur initiative and youth activity. It was proposed also to broaden the rights of state employment service.

Respective changes are to be made to the laws "On the development and state support of small and medium business in Ukraine", "On the promotion of social advancement and development of young people in Ukraine", "On the collection and accounting of a unified contribution to the mandatory state social insurance ", "On Employment" and "On state registration of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs."

Members of the Committee believes that implementation of the bill would allow to reveal stimulating possibilities of national employment system, reduce unemployment and create new working places by stimulating and encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment of citizens in service sector.
