The Committee on Industrial and Investment Policy upholds the draft law “On Debts Repayment of State Coal Enterprises to Ukrainian Social Insurance Fund against accidents at work and occupational diseases that caused disability”

The bill (Reg. No. 1178) aims at regulating issues of restructuring debts of state coal-mining enterprises, mines that are preparing to dissolution.

In particular, it is proposed to postpone debt to the Fund by an agreement. The debt will be paid monthly in equal installments over ten years.

According to the members of the Committee, the mechanism proposed in the bill will allow state coal enterprises to repay debts.
