The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law to amend the Law “On ban of import and sale of ethyl gasoline and lead-based additives on the territory of Ukraine” (re aviation fuel)

The bill (Reg. No.11031) allows importing into the territory of Ukraine and selling aviation fuel with annual quota of 1000 t until an alternative certified fuel is introduced in Ukraine.

By results of consideration, the Committee resolved to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt the bill as a basis.
