Dear friends!
I sincerely greet you on the occasion of the housing and public utility sector and consumer services day!
I am proud of your self-devoted work aiming at providing millions of our fellow citizens with heat and light, creating harmony and comfort in their homes, and meeting the needs of thousands of enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership.
I am certain that the communal services sphere is one of the most important constituents of the economic complex of any state, the welfare of its citizens being dependant on it. That is why, each day you persistently work on reforming of housing and utilities public sector and wish for technical upgrading of the sector which shall improve quality of services to population.
The Verkhovna Rada, on its turn, shall promote this process by creating the respective legislative basis for refinement and comprehensive development of the housing and utilities public sector. I am convinced that successful reforming of the branch shall be the basis for future prospering of thousands of cities and villages of the Ukrainian state.
