The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the article 21 of the Law “On Court Expertise” (re peopleware)

The bill (Reg. No. 2144) is aimed at bringing the provisions of the article 21 of the Law “On Court Expertise” in line with the requirements of the Law “On the Prevention and Combating discrimination in Ukraine.”

The draft law proposes to set for the experts the general demand to undergo trainings in specialized state institutions of the Ministry of Justice once in three years.  

Members of Parliament stressed that the Supreme Council of Justice, the State Court Administration, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Supreme Economic Court, research institutes and academic institutions support this bill and have no objections to its adoption.
