The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy supports the draft law on amendments to supplements No. 3 and 7 to the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re renaming of grant-in-aid)

The bill (Reg. No. 2339) proposes to change the titles of budget programs.

The reason for adoption of the bill is that the presupposed by the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” “measures of reconstruction of water supply and sanitation systems do not solve the problems of water supply due to their critical technical condition.”  

Members of the Committee noted that the adoption of the bill will provide qualitative water supply to settlements, reduce losses and costs of their production and distribution, improve the ecological state of the respective settlements, etc.
