The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice does not uphold the draft law to transfer back into the state ownership enterprises of strategic branches of economy

The bill (Reg. No. 1056) aims at elaboration of legal mechanisms to implement policy of institutional transfusions in economy in regard to taking measures of institutional and structural transformation of the branch that is of strategic importance for economic safety of state and increase of state management in the respective sphere.  

A number of legislative acts are to be amended.

Parliament members stressed that according to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat, the bill should be rejected by the results of consideration in the first reading.
