The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt the draft resolution on further work on the bill to amend the Constitution of Ukraine on immunity

In order to implement the requirements of Article 159 of the Constitution of Ukraine and to complete the constitutional procedures of the consideration of the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine on immunity (Reg. No. 0977), the draft resolution proposes to set the date for submission of proposals and amendments to the bill (April 2, 2013).

Elaborated draft law on amendments to the Constitutions of Ukraine on immunity is to be considered on April 18, 2013.

The draft resolution is registered under No. 0977/П.
