The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak exceptionally granted permission to hold the meeting of three deputy factions in the session hall in the building of the Parliament

On January 31, 2013 at 9 a.m., the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak met with the leaders of the following deputy factions: the All-Ukrainian Union "Batkivshchyna", Political Party "UDAR (Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reform) of Vitaliy Klychko" and the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" regarding holding the meeting of the people’s deputies of Ukraine – members of these deputy factions.

 

On January 29, 2013 the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat received a letter from the leader of the deputy faction of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” informing that the meeting of the people’s deputies of Ukraine, members of three deputy factions, will be held on January 31, 2013 at 9 a.m. The letter included a request to maintain holding of this event in the conference hall in the building of the Parliament at address 5, Hrushevskoho st., and to allow mass media representatives enter the abovementioned building by accreditation cards.  

 

In view of the quantitative composition of three deputy factions and limited number of seats in the conference hall, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak took the decision to exceptionally allow holding of the meeting in the session hall in the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at address 5 Hrushevskoho Street.
