The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak discussed the proposals of trade unions regarding improving of social partnership systems with the Head of the Trade Unions Federation of Ukraine Yuriy Kulyk

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak discussed the proposals of trade unions regarding improving of social partnership systems as well as remarks to the draft Trade Code of Ukraine with the Head of the Trade Unions Federation of Ukraine Yuriy Kulyk.

  

Yu.Kulyk expressed readiness of the Trade Unions Federation for social dialogue and for cooperation with the Parliament in the part of protecting labour, social and economic rights and interests of trade union’s members. For, he said, more than 8 million people are part of our All-Ukrainian Union, making up 43 branch member organizations and 27 territorial unions”.

 

Volodymyr Rybak informed that he has recently met with the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and proposed to adopt a three-year program to solve social issues. According to him, such program should provide detailed performance of all stands pertaining to social sphere. “Due to such steps, Volodymyr Rybak believes, implementation of the planned reforms will be more effective and progressive”.
