During the period of Ukrainian Hetmanate special infantry subdivisions were the lifeguard of hetmans.
You have also written a glorious page in modern Ukrainian history self-devotedly executing your official duties.
As of today, the State Security Administration of Ukraine is one of the leading intelligence agencies of our state. Your professional activity connected with ensuring reliable protection of state authority bodies, officials, and foreign representations deserves high appreciation.
I am convinced that by consistently preserving traditions of predecessors, you shall remain an exemplar of honor and loyalty to the military oath and Ukrainian people!
