The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“To Ratify the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance”
The Convention is aimed at effective international recovery of child support and other forms of family maintenance by way of establishment of a comprehensive system of cooperation between governmental agencies in states with different legal systems, including future development of national and international level of the system of alimony recovery.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0010.
“To Ratify the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in prevention of emergencies fires and liquidation of their consequences in populated areas where the objects of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation are located on the territory of Ukraine”
The Agreement determines general principles and framework of cooperation in prevention and liquidation of consequences of emergencies and procedures for providing mutual coordinated assistance by the parties of the Agreement in case of an emergency on the territory of Ukraine.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0009.
“On Ratification of Agreement on amicable Relations and Collaboration between Ukraine and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay”
The Agreement stipulates establishment of legal foundations for development of amicable relations and collaboration in different spheres of social life (economy, trade, science, education, culture, environment protection, healthcare, mass media, sport and tourism, organized crime and international terrorism control, etc) between Ukraine and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0008.
“On Accession of Ukraine to the Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons”
The law stipulates accession to the Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons of September 28, 1954.
The convention is aimed at regulation and improvement of legal status of stateless persons and securing fundamental rights and liberties of stateless persons, as well as etermines obligations of the state in regard to them.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0007.
“On Accession of Ukraine to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness”
The law stipulates accession to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness of August 30, 1961. The Convention envisages legal means and guarantees aimed at prevention of appearance and reduction of statelessness.

“To Ratify the Protocol to Amend and Supplement the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters”
The legislative act ratifies the Protocol to Amend and Supplement the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters drawn up in Paris on May 27, 2010.
The purpose of the Protocol is to bring this Convention into conformance with the internationally agreed standard of information transparency and exchange. For this purpose amendments are made to the Convention.

“On ratification of Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and its Representative Office in Kyiv”
The Agreement determines legal basis of humanitarian activity of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies on the territory of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and some regions of the Russian Federation that suffered from Chornobyl disaster.
The respective bill was registered under No.0004.
“To approve the decision of the President of Ukraine to send national contingent for Ukraine to participate in the UN Operation in Cote d'Ivoire and cross-border operations within inter-mission cooperation between the UN Mission in Liberia and the UN Operation in Cote d'Ivoire”
The law approves the decision of the President of Ukraine to send the national contingent from among the national contingent within the UN Mission in Liberia for Ukraine’s participation in the UN Operation in Cote d'Ivoire and transborder operations within the inter-mission cooperation between the UN Mission in Liberia and the UN Operation in Cote d'Ivoire within the timeframe determined by the UN Security Council.
The respective bill was registered under No.1192.
The Verkhovna Rada passed also resolutions on plan schedule of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation and on staff appointments.
102 deputy enquiries were voiced.
A number of documents were sent for preparation to the repeated first reading, one bill was rejected.
