The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To Ratify the Protocol to Amend and Supplement the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters”

The legislative act ratifies the Protocol to Amend and Supplement the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters drawn up in Paris on May 27, 2010.

 

The purpose of the Protocol is to bring this Convention into conformance with the internationally agreed standard of information transparency and exchange. For this purpose amendments are made to the Convention.

 

The respective bill was registered under No. 0005.
