Volodymyr Rybak hopes the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych will present the candidate for the post of the Head of the National Bank to the Verkhovna Rada till the end of the day.
The Chairman of the Parliament said this during the briefing for journalists on Wednesday. Thereat, he specified who could be the candidate.
On Thursday, the Verkhovna Rada plans to consider the issue of dismissing Serhiy Arbuzov from the post of the Head of the National Bank due to his appointment to the post of the First Vice Prime Minister.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appoints to and dismisses from the post the Head of the National Bank on a submission from the President of Ukraine.
