Volodymyr Rybak: We need to create conditions for development of small and medium business

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak stresses the necessity to create the conditions for development of small and medium business. The better they are, the quicker people’s life will improve, he said in the interview to the parliamentary newspaper Holos Ukrayiny (The Voice of Ukraine).

 

V. Rybak supports the necessity to increase the salary, to analyze thoroughly the problematic issues by professionals from specialized institutions, in particular, the Ministry of Economy and social institutions. “Small and medium businesses represent the medium class, and we have to create conditions for its development,” he said. “I dream of possibility to call the medium class 60 to 70 percent of Ukrainian population.” He believes that poor people “should be supported by the state.”

 

The Head of the Parliament believes that it is necessaryto increase the minimum wages for people to live well, and feel better and more confident.” “People should have the possibility to develop their business and earn decently. These are the European standards. It is than that we would have proper medical care, accessible education and social security. This is the guiding line for people’s deputies and state officials,” he said.
