The Committee on the Rule of Law adopted the decision on establishment of subcommittees

Opening the meeting, the head of the Committee S. Kivalov said that not only the name of the Committee has changed, but also the subject of its competence has beenextended.

During the meeting, members of the Committee took the decision on distribution of obligations between the first deputy head and deputy heads of the Committee, as well ason establishment of subcommittees on support of the rule of law, on organization of constitutional powers of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on judiciary and the status ofjudges, and on civil, economic and administrative justice, advocacy and alternative dispute settlements. Several other subcommittees will be established in the nearest future to embrace all issues connected with the subject of competence of the Committee.
