In particular, people’s deputies the resolved the following:
The National Council of Ukraine on TV and Radio Broadcasting and the State Committee for TV and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine should ensure placement of state order for highlighting the activity of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation on the channels of the National TV Company and National Radio Company of Ukraine following the procedure and to the extent indicated in clauses 2, 3 and 4 of this Resolution;
The National TV Company and the National Radio Company should ensure live broadcasting of:
taking oath by people’s deputies;
opening of the sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation;
consideration of organizational issues of the first session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation;
consideration of issues connected with election and withdrawal of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
consideration of the issue of appointment of the Prime Minister of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine;
taking oath to the Ukrainian nation by the newly elected President of Ukraine at the solemn meeting of the Verkhovna Rada;
hearing of annual and extraordinary addresses of the President of Ukraine on domestic and international position of Ukraine;
Government Question Hours;
parliamentary hearings;
meetings considering the responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers;
official addresses and statements by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada;
consideration of other issues upon the decision of the Verkhovna Rada; etc.
