In connection with the submission by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013 (Reg. No. 11000), its presentation to the Verkhovna Rada, and due to the necessity to implement its constitutional duty by the Verkhovna Rada of the sixth convocation and adopt the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”, as well as taking into account the suggestions by the government regarding timely terms of adoption of the Budget, predetermined by the law, people’s deputies adopted the decision to consider the abovementioned bill according to the following procedure:
people’s deputies shall consider the draft law, form proposals regarding the document and submit it to the Committee on Budget not later than December 5, 2012, 12 a.m. (proposals received after 12 a.m. December 5, 2012 shall not be considered by the Committee on Budget);
December 6, 2012 – the Committee on Budget jointly with the authorized representatives from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall consider these proposals and submit them for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada;
December 6, 2012 – consideration of the draft law with the proposals by the Committee on Budget, and its adoption in entirety.
The respective draft resolution was registered under No. 11000-П.
