The law prohibits introducing the right to land plot (share) to statutory assets of economic communities until the law on circulation of agricultural land comes into force, but no sooner than January 1, 2016.
The law stipulates also introduction of moratorium in certain cases of purchase-sale of land plots until the law on circulation of agricultural land comes into force.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11315.
