The bill (Reg. No. 10571) determines authorities and functions of the state power bodies, as well as that of the electricity market entities regarding the activities on the electricity market. Particularly: authorities of the sate body of executive power exercising state management in the sector (Minenerhovuhillya); authorities of the National Commission exercising state management in the sphere of energy; functions of the commercial accounting administrator; calculation administrator functions, etc.
