The law amends the laws "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" and "On Vocational Training" by specifying the authorities of local self-government bodies and executive bodies in vocational education management by temporary transferring some powers of the respective central executive bodies on management of state-owned vocational training institutions to the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations.
The law creates conditions for on-line decision making regarding vocational training management and its financial support, strengthening the role of authorities of local self-government bodies and executive bodies to form labour potential of the country taking into consideration the need of qualified workers in the region.
The respective bill was registered under No. 9587.
