The Law was adopted under the title “To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding Guarantee Fund enforcement of obligation concerning warehouse receipts for grain”.
The Law determines that all cornhouses that meet the definition of the Law "On Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine should participate in the Fund.
The Law determines the status of the Guaranty Fund as a state target specialized institution that performs the functions of state administration in ensuring performance of obligations under warehouse documents for grain.
The respective bill was registered under No. 9611.
