The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re banning privatization and concession (leasing) of the Boryspil State International Airport)

The bill (Reg. No. 11126) suggests excluding Boryspil State International Airport from the List of legal objects of state ownership that are not subject to privatization, but can be corporatised and include it into the List of legal objects of state ownership that are not subject to privatization. The bill suggests also amending concession objects in regard to the fact that Boryspil State International Airport does not belong to the objects that can be subject to concession.
