The bill (Reg. No. 11276) brings some provisions of the Law On Organizational and Legal Basis of Organized Crime Control” into conformance with the norms of the new Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine to settle issues connected with the procedure of initiating and investigating criminal cases by special subdivisions of the internal affairs bodies and the Security Service of Ukraine controlling organized crime.
