The bill (Reg. No. 11351) amends the LawOn Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphereby specifying: the procedure for comprehensive performance of planned state supervision measures; the procedure to cease manufacture and sale of products, performance of works, and provision of services by economic agents; the condition for taking unscheduled measures of state supervision (control).

Members of the Committee believe that implementation of provisions of the bill would legislatively determine the responsibility of supervising body officials for failure to observe the procedure of state supervision (control), promote competitiveness, and reduce administrative pressure on economic agents.
