Election campaign, unfortunately, did not answer the question of what sort of country Ukraine should be after parliamentary elections, how it should develop in both domestic and foreign directions. Such idea was expressed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn in his interview to the Rada TV Channel on Thursday. He felt sorry for there was no respective dialogue in the course of the election campaign. Quite often it “was built on black PR trying to set people by ears and divide territories” and according to the principle “there will be no life after October 28”.

However, elections do not stop life, V.Lytvyn said stressing that “the key issue after elections would be to organize a dialogue and to calm “raging” politicians that will bring mood of discontent into the Verkhovna Rada for feeling the pressure of people, whose support they gained”.

V.Lytvyn believes that there will be a need to “organize a dialogue to unite country”. “This is a key issue and it should be reflected in the budget of 2013 that should be adopted till the end of this year,” he stressed.
