The Law will allow Ukraine obtain full membership in this body and the right to vote. Ukraine possesses the status of an observer in the European Pharmacopoeia Commission.
Annexing Ukraine to the abovementioned Convention will enable state regulatory bodies participate in the development of European quality standards in medicine and influence European policy in the sphere of medicine regulation.
