The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re activity of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Culture and other central executive bodies guided and coordinated by the respective ministers, as well as of the State Space Agency)”

The law brings the legislative acts of Ukraine governing social relations in the sphere of archive-keeping, record-keeping, establishment and functioning of the state system of insurance documentation fund, execution of criminal sentences, protection of personal data, state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors, culture and arts, cultural heritage preservation, export, import and return of cultural valuables, cinematography, international relations, religion and protection of rights of national minorities in Ukraine, and space activities into conformance with the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of redistribution of powers between the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in connection with the administrative reform, the Laws of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", "To Amend the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine?", "On Central Executive Bodies", and the Decree of the President of Ukraine as of December 9, 2010 No. 1085 "On optimization of the system of central executive bodies" (clauses 1 and 2).

 

The law was adopted in the first reading version.

 

The respective bill was registered under No. 10221.
