The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergencies, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, and Housing and Public Utility Sector, and other central executive authorities whose activity is directed and coordinated by the respective ministers)”

The primary purpose of the law is to harmonize the legislative acts of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" and "On the central executive authorities", and other legislative acts in part of redistribution of powers between the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers in view of the administrative reform.
