The Committee on Social Policy and Labor recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should recommit the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding social guarantees to medical and pedagogical staff

The bill (Reg. No10676), submitted by people’s deputy Yu. Prokopchuk, amends the laws “On Education”, “The Fundamentals of Healthcare Legislation of Ukraine”, and “On Leaves”.
Members of the Committee support the need of increasing material security and social protection of employees of state and municipal educational and healthcare institutions in rural areas. Nevertheless, they expressed a number of remarks to the bill.
People’s deputies noted tat the bill needs thorough refinement.
