The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding restrictions for the use of assisted reproductive technologies

The bill (Reg. No. 8282) has been elaborated to protect the rights of children by legislative limitations to use assisted reproductive technologies by foreign citizens.
In the course of preparation of the bill to the second reading, the Committee received 32 amendments, 9 of them are proposed for adoption in full, 12 – for partial adoption, and 11 are proposed to be rejected.
