The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the bill “To approve the National Target Research and Technology Space Program for 2013-2017”

The bill (Reg. No. 11292) proposes approving the National Target Research and Technology Space Program for 2013-2017 (the Program).

The Program is aimed at increasing the efficiency of using space potential for solving topical problems of social and economic, environmental, cultural, informational, and scientific and technological development of the society, as well as ensuring national security and defense and protection of Ukraine’s geopolitical interests.

The Program enumerates ways and means for solving the problem and indicates the tasks and measures, their timeframes, amounts of financing, as well as main expected results of their realization.
