The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend section X of the “Transitional Provisions” of the Land Code (re regulating the issue of holding tenders)

According to the bill (Reg.No.11261), while preparing a lot to hold land tenders the definition of the cadastre number of the land plot should be provided in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
