The Law increases subsidies from the state budget to local budgets to repay a debt arising from difference in heat energy tariffs, services for water supply and sewerage that were produced, transported and supplied to people, and arose due to discrepancy between actual cost of heat energy and services for water supply and sewerage, and the tariffs that were adopted by state authorities or bodies of local self-government, setting it in the amount of UAH 8.1 billion.
The respective bill was registered under No.11250.
