The Protocol was signed on September 30, 2012 in Minsk.
The bill (Reg.No.0276), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, suggests supplement the Protocol with a new part stipulating that in case of further change of the name or the list of their Authorized Bodies, the Parties inform each other through diplomatic channels.
The Committee noted that the conclusion of this Protocol is predetermined by the change of names of the authorized bodies of Ukraine and Belarus, responsible for implementation of the Agreement.
Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will promote further development of cooperation between Ukraine and Belarus in the sphere of protection of labour and social rights of the citizens of both states.
