The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend the Tax Code of Ukraine (re taxation of military-industrial complex companies)”

Under the law, fines and punitive (financial) sanctions, including those under administrative or court appealing, shall be written off for the companies of military-industrial complex and restructured for the period of 60 calendar months tax payable as of October 1, 2011.
The respective bill was registered under No. 9347.
