The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "To amend the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding checks in connection with discontinuation of activity of sole proprietors without employees on declarative principle"

The law is aimed at improvement of tax legislation in the part of conducting checks in connection with discontinuation of activity of sole proprietors without employees, in particular, by determining a simplified procedure of such checks and reducing their timeframe.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11005.
