The document stipulates introduction of the system of video surveillance, video recording and image broadcasting that should ensure broadcasting images from polling stations and their display on the respective web-site, as well as information storage. Video surveillance systems shall be installed in voting premises of regular polling stations.
The law stipulates also that the system of video surveillance shall not be used in the premises of the Central Election Commission, District Election Commissions, local election commissions, as well as foreign and special election stations.
The document includes the norm, according to which, application of these systems during the procedure of voting and vote counting is mandatory.
The respective bill was registered under No. 11104.
